Payment (bank transfer)

  • Please make payment of fees for registration and banquet using remittance slip of Post Bank available at each Post Bank. (We do not provide remittance slip)
  • For bank transfer from other banks, please make payment to our Post Bank account.
  • Each participants will burden bank charges.
  • Receipt will be handed at the registration desk on site.

  • For Early Bird Registration, please make payment by Tuesday, 16, July.
  • For participants from overseas and those who are unable to make payment by Tuesday, 16 July due to unavoidable reasons, please contact the secretariat (annualmtg2013 photochemistry.jp) by 16 July.
  • Please not that if you are registered but not paid by Tuesday, 16 July without informing the secretariat, you will be asked to pay the regular fee.

The bank account for annual membership fee for the Association is different from the one stated above. Please make payment separately.

For Presenters

For oral presenters
  • Presentation : 20 minutes (12 min presentation, 7 min discussion, 1 min for change of the speakers)
  • Oral presentation can only be made using an LCD projector.
  • (Connector)
    For connecting LCD projector and a PC, mini D-sub 15 pin-connector (regular one with three lines of five pins) will be used.
    If your PC does not have a female connector, please have an adopter ready on your own. If you intend to use a slimline Windows notebook or a Mac, please prepare a connection conversion adopter with you.
    Please also check how to switch to display video signals to the screen in advance. Cables are prepared on site.
For poster presenters
  • 50 min (100 min for one session with change of speakers in between)
  • Posters of 90cm in width and 175cm in height can be displayed.
  • Display of posters should be completed between 9:00 and the beginning of the presentation time on the day of presentation.
  • Please displace your poster as soon as the presentation time is over.

Presentation

Type of Presentation
  • Oral presentation, Poster presentation
  • Students may make oral presentation, but they must be able to sufficiently respond to the questions from the audience.
  • The number of oral presentations from a lab is limited to two in total, with only one oral presentation by student per a lab.

  • Entry to The best presentation Award for Students is open for JPA students members only. If you are not a member yet, please join the JPA before entry.
