Period for registration
Participants must make registration regardless of making presentation or not. All presenters must register for both 1) participation and 2) presentation.

June 25 (Tue.) - July 16 (Tue.), 2013 - For early bird discount, you must complete payment by 16 July.
- Please note that you must complete payment within this period. If you make registration in the early bird rate period without payment by 16 July, the regular rate will apply for your payment after that day.
- If you make registration after 16 July, the regular fee will apply for your registration.

Invitation to the Japanese Photochemistry Association membership
- The JPA members can benefit from registration fee discount. If you are not a member yet, please take this opportunity to become a member of the JPA.
- The JPA membership discount will not apply to students, but you must be a member of the JPA if you wish to make entry to The best presentation Award for Students.

- Presentation types : Oral presentation, Poster presentation
- The number of oral presentations from a lab is limited to two in total, with only one oral presentation by student per a lab.
- Before registration, please check the registration form and have all the information necessary for registration ready at hand, as there are many items to register.
* Notification of Presentation number
- The secretariat will notify "the presentation number" by email before the beginning of abstract submission period.
C: Please submit your abstract (PDF) via "abstract submission form".
- Period for abstract submission: June 25 (Tue.) - July 16 (Tue.), 2013
- The file name must be "Presentation number (one-byte alphabet and numbers). pdf" referring to your presentation number notified by the Secretariat. (Ex.:1A01.pdf, 2P103.pdf, 3S01.pdf)

- The students must be a student member of the JPA if they wish to be recommended for the Best presentation Award for Students.
*If you are not a member yet, please become a member and pay the annual membership fee before entry to this award. - Please choose "make entry to The best presentation Award for Students" on the registration form for presentation.
- For the entry to The best presentation Award for Students, a letter of recommendation from their supervisors is necessary.
- The supervisors are advised to confirm that the student is a member of the JPA before issuing a letter of recommendation.

The bank account for annual membership fee for the Association is different from the one for the registration of the meeting.
