Preparation
- In order to prevent the spread of infection, we will not be distributing name tags or program brochures at the on-site reception. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you have already paid the registration fee, you can download your name tag from Confit's My Page in advance. Please print it out in A4 size (color is recommended) and bring it with you. A "name tag case" will be distributed at each venue. how to download the participation certificate
- The program book will not be distributed in printed form, so if necessary, please download or print out the PDF file posted on the website and bring it with you.
- Discussion will generally be on-site, but if you are unable to attend on-site due to reasons such as your own COVID-19 infection or designation as a close contact person, you may attend the lecture online. The office will send you the necessary information, so please follow it to access Zoom.
Access to the venue
- To get to the "Kyoto University Katsura Campus" venue, it is convenient to take a bus (about 12 minutes, 240 yen) or a taxi (about 8 minutes, about 1,200 yen) from "Katsura Station" on the Hankyu Kyoto Line.
- Please refrain from visiting if you are feeling unwell, such as coughing, headache, sore throat, fatigue, body temperature above 37.5°C, etc., as you may be infected. If you wish to make a presentation, please contact your collaborating researcher and check if proxy presentation is possible. If it is difficult to make a proxy announcement, please let the office know.
After arriving at the venue
- After arriving, please head to each venue (A-E venue) and pick up the name tag case. If you forgot to print your name tag in advance or bring it with you, please stop by at the reception.
- You can use eduroam for Wifi. If you do not have an account, please take the "eduroam guest account" form distributed at each venue, fill in the necessary information at the bottom, cut it out, and put it in the collection box.
- When entering each venue, be sure to disinfect your hands with the disinfectant installed at the entrance and take your temperature with a thermometer. Please refrain from entering if your body temperature is 37.5°C or higher.
- Please remember to wear a mask, gargle, wash your hands, and disinfect, and keep a distance from other people.
- There are no convenience stores at the venue, only one cafeteria, two shops, and one bakery. It is expected to be very crowded during lunch time, so we would appreciate it if you could consider bringing a light meal.
