Oral presentation

  • Oral presentations are 20 minutes per lecture (12 minutes for lecture, 7 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for alternating). For smooth operation, please be punctual.
  • Please connect your own PC to the LCD projector via VGA or HDMI terminal and make a presentation. Please check your connection before starting each session. Also, please bring a USB memory with data in case of emergency.
  • From the perspective of infection prevention, please bring a laser pointer.
  • Discussions are generally conducted on-site, but if it is difficult for a joint researcher to make a presentation on behalf of the researcher due to reasons such as being infected with COVID-19 or being designated as a close contact person, the presentation can be made online. system. In such cases, please be sure to contact the office. Please follow the instructions from the secretariat to access Zoom, and follow the instructions on the day to share and present your slides.

Poster presentation

  • The recommended poster size is A0 portrait size (841 mm × 1189 mm) or smaller.
  • The venue will be A venue. The event will be divided into 3 days, and will be divided into 1st and 2nd floors.
  • Presenters with odd poster numbers are asked to give explanations in front of their posters for the first 50 minutes, and those with even numbers for the last 50 minutes.
  • Before the start of each session, please use the pins provided to affix your posters. After the presentation, please remove the poster and take it home with you.
  • If it is difficult to make a presentation on site due to COVID-19, please consider having a joint researcher make a presentation on your behalf, and if that is difficult, please contact us.

Request for infection prevention

  • If you are feeling unwell, such as coughing, headache, sore throat, fatigue, or a temperature of 37.5°C or higher, please refrain from coming to the venue as you may be infected. Please contact your collaborators and check if proxy presentation is possible. If it is difficult to make a proxy announcement, please let the secretariat know.
  • When entering each venue, be sure to disinfect your hands with the disinfectant installed at the entrance and take your temperature with a thermometer. Please refrain from entering if your body temperature is 37.5°C or higher.
  • Please remember to wear a mask, gargle, wash your hands, and disinfect, and keep a distance from other people.
